Product Overview

Baking Roller: Made of ductile cast iron, subjected to high-temperature annealing and precision machining on CNC milling machines to ensure balanced positioning and durability.

Scraper Fixed Shaft: Diameter of 3.5 cm, ensures stable fit and prevents leftover dough on the roller.

Batter Pump: Independently developed by our company, this food-grade nylon pump delivers uniform and consistent batter supply. It is wear-resistant, noise-free, capable of pumping both

 batter and water for better pipeline cleaning and antibacterial effects. Comes with a stainless steel batter tank and an automatic recycling system to minimize waste and simplify operation.

Batter Nozzle: Made of stainless steel for easy cleaning and hygiene. Equipped with eccentric adjustment devices at both ends to control wrapper thickness, allowing convenient operation.

Scraper: Manufactured from heat-treated 45# steel, precision-cut and ground with high accuracy for excellent wear resistance and stability.

Electrical Components: Uses high-quality CHINT brand parts, offering easy control, long service life, and reliable operation.

Transmission: Features a speed-regulated motor with multi-level adjustable speeds, stable and quiet chain drive for easier maintenance and repair.

Mesh Belt: Made of stainless steel spiral mesh, hygienic and clean. Equipped with a cooling fan for efficient heat dissipation.

Cost Efficiency: Simple operation system allows one person to operate the machine, reducing labor costs and improving work efficiency.

Heating Methods: Offers three customizable heating options based on customer needs: gas heating (220V), electric heating (380V), and electromagnetic heating (380V).
