A: We are an integrated industrial and trading company with our own GMP-standard factory and independent R&D laboratory. Our R&D team consists of more than 10 senior engineers. We are by no means a pure trading company.

2.Q: How to ensure the purity and stability of different batches of products?

A: We have established a full-process QC system. Each batch of products undergoes HPLC/GC-MS testing and is accompanied by a detailed COA report to ensure consistent quality between batches and full traceability.

3.Q：How can pesticide residues, heavy metals, and solvent residues be controlled for plant extracts and organic intermediates?

A: We employ a dual control system of third-party testing and internal sampling. We can customize testing items according to customer requirements, such as pesticide residue and heavy metal limits in Europe and the United States, to ensure compliance with target market regulations.

4.Q: Do you accept OEM customization? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A：Accepted. Flexible MOQ: Standard raw materials start at 1kg; customized formulas are negotiable based on process complexity. We have served over 200 overseas clients.

5.Q：What is the delivery time for regular products? Can you guarantee a stable supply during peak season?

A: Regular products ship within 3-7 days. We maintain a 3-6 month safety stock, and during peak seasons, we prioritize supply to our long-term partners.

6.Q: What are the payment terms? Which international trade terms are supported?

A：It supports payment methods such as T/T and L/C; trade terms are available in FOB, CIF, and EXW to flexibly meet customer needs.

7.Q: How can we guarantee a long-term stable supply and price?

A : As a source manufacturer, we have strong control over the upstream supply chain. We have long-term strategic cooperation with our key raw material suppliers and maintain reasonable finished product inventory. For long-term partners, we offer price lock-in agreements or long-term stocking plans to help you avoid market fluctuation risks and ensure your production is never interrupted.
